How to Report a Problem

Last updated: October 2026

Feelingresources Tree Service wants homeowners to be treated fairly and honestly when they contact the service. Please let us know when something goes wrong. This page sets out how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, without legal advice.

Problems You Can Report

Contact us about:

  • Your experience reaching Feelingresources Tree Service by phone or another method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Site information that seems incorrect or unclear
  • The conduct of a provider referred to you

Issues With Property Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with tree work, raising it with the provider is usually the first step. Keep a written record of the issue and your exchanges.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. A provider with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Feelingresources Tree Service cannot resolve contract disputes, refund provider work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Send your complaint to contact@feelingresources.lat. Include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you dialed or form you submitted, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • An explanation of the problem and the action you want from us

How We Handle Complaints

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the issue and may contact the provider during that review. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response does not resolve your concern, reply and request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. A state or local licensing office may be able to help with problems involving licensed contractors.
