This disclosure explains what Feelingresources Tree Service does and how it may receive payment. You should understand both before using the service. This document is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

How Requests Reach Providers

Feelingresources Tree Service offers marketing and referrals for homeowners seeking independent tree removal providers. Providers handle tree removal, emergency and storm work, stump grinding, trimming and other tree services. Feelingresources Tree Service performs none of these services.

A call through the website number or a submitted form may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner working with providers serving your area.

Payments We May Receive

Providers or marketing partners may pay Feelingresources Tree Service for referred calls, form submissions or other requests. Whether a call is answered or how long it lasts may affect payment. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire anyone.

These payments do not alter the provider's price to you. The provider sets its prices. You pay that provider directly for work you agree to.

Separate Businesses and Responsibilities

Providers operate independently. They are not Feelingresources Tree Service employees, agents or partners. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Quotes, prices and terms
• Work quality, safety and timing
• Licenses, insurance and certifications
• Communication and conduct toward you

A referral carries no endorsement of the provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which providers are participating in the network at that time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

Receiving a referral creates no duty to hire the provider. Before deciding, we encourage you to ask questions, check insurance and obtain a written quote. Compare quotes from other providers too.

Call Tracking and Recording

Calls placed through this site may be tracked. Some may also be recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
