What Our Referral Service Covers

Read this disclaimer before using feelingresources.lat. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Our Role in Your Request

Feelingresources Tree Service provides marketing and referrals that connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. All cutting, fallen-tree removal, stump grinding and branch trimming is performed by independent providers. Feelingresources Tree Service carries out none of the property work.

Referrals and Provider Responsibility

A referral does not mean we endorse a provider. We give no warranty about work quality, timing, price or results, or about availability in your area at any particular time. Each provider handles its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Using the Site's Guidance

Website content is general information, without arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Trees and properties differ. Guidance that fits one property may not fit yours. Discuss your circumstances with a qualified provider.

Understanding Price Ranges

Prices mentioned on this site are typical U.S. ranges, rather than job quotes. Costs vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Get a written quote from the provider before work starts.

Questions About Coverage

Insurance content is general. We cannot determine whether your policy covers a loss. Your policy and your insurer's decision determine coverage. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Staying Clear of Hazards

Tree work and fallen trees may involve power lines, falling wood or damaged structures. Avoid putting yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. Contact local emergency services first when life or safety is at risk.

Payment for Referrals

Providers or marketing partners may pay Feelingresources Tree Service for connecting them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains these arrangements.

Limits on Accuracy

We work to keep site information correct and up to date. We give no warranty that every detail is complete or that the content contains no errors.
