Terms for Using This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to feelingresources.lat and the services Feelingresources Tree Service offers through it. Using the site, placing a call through its listed number or sending a form means you accept these terms. This document is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

The Referral Service

Feelingresources Tree Service markets and provides referrals to independent tree removal providers for homeowners. Tree removal, stump grinding, branch trimming and storm damage clearance are handled by providers. Feelingresources Tree Service performs none of that work. Any agreement you enter with a provider excludes Feelingresources Tree Service as a party.

What Providers Are Responsible For

Each provider is an independent business. Responsibility for quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety, licensing, insurance and conduct rests solely with that provider.

We neither employ providers nor supervise or control them. We make no commitments about availability, response times, work or outcomes. Before hiring, we encourage you to check credentials, request proof of insurance and obtain a written quote.

Limits of Website Information

Site content offers general information. It does not provide arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Any cost ranges reflect typical U.S. figures, vary by job and are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Consult your insurer and local permit office where relevant.

Your Use of the Site

You agree to provide accurate details when contacting us and to use the site lawfully. You must not misuse it, interfere with its operation or attempt access without permission.

Contact About Your Request

Calling through the listed number or submitting a form gives us and the provider we connect you with permission to contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you at any time, email contact@feelingresources.lat.

Ownership of Site Materials

Feelingresources Tree Service or its licensors own this site's content and design. Commercial copying or reuse requires permission.
